This week I decided that I would share some pictures from my Instagram. I love Instagram because it allows me to take and edit pictures right on my phone. You definitely have an eye for landscape photography. These are wonderful photos. In all of them, you have provided excellent depth by placing some objects closer and using other objects to create depth through line or pattern. Excellent work!

ReplyDeleteThese landscape photos are great! Each are so unique. They really draw your eye into the picture. My favorites are the one of the snowy path because I love how it looks as though the road goes on forever, creating depth, and my other favorite is the one of the colorful treetops and the sky. The colors in this one are incredible and it is amazing how you can see the mountains far off in the distance too.

ReplyDeleteCody, I also like how each of yours pictures you've posted are very differnt. I find the skate park photo very intreasting but agree with Shannon The snowy path is my favorite. It has such great depth and it also has such a newengland feel. I could picture driving down it any winter day.
ReplyDeleteCody, I don't know how you do this. Your work is incredible. Are you taking these with your phone? or camera? What type of camera. Can you share with me your technique for the snowy road picture. how did you get the depth like that?
ReplyDeleteAll of these pictures I took with my Iphone. Honestly I just look for pictures you would see in a magazine and take them. There aren't many techniques you can use with the cameras on cell phones I think thats why I enjoying using Instagram so much.
ReplyDeleteThese pictures came out great! I really liked the one with the bench at the ski resort, because it almost looks like everything is black and white accept for the bench. Great job!
